Stop. Think. Verify.

Stop. Think. Verify. is a three-step behavioral sequence designed to interrupt manipulation before harm occurs. Stop means pause when pressure appears; do not act on urgency. Think means assess whether the request matches normal patterns and whether any risk signals are present (secrecy, speed, authority, emotional leverage). Verify means confirm through a second, trusted channel before sending money, sharing sensitive information, changing accounts, or granting access. The sequence is intentionally short, neutral, and repeatable across contexts—banks, transit, senior centers, universities, workplaces, and homes.
